Reiki
Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy', and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing. This healing modality was given to a monk called Mikao Usui in the early 20th century during deep meditation. Reiki is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki recharges and balances this life force energy helping us to feel calm, relaxed and open to a healthy lifestyle. Reiki allows the healer's energy to be open to receiving and transferring this life force energy to those who are sick or unwell through the palm chakra's. A Reiki treatment will involve you placing your hands on yourself or the other person and allowing the life force energy to freely flow through you. There are three attunement levels of Reiki - Level One, Level Two and Master.
Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life. It does not wear off and you can never lose it. Reiki is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master during an attunement process that opens the crown, heart, and palm chakras and creates a special link between the student and the Reiki source.
The Reiki attunement can be a powerful spiritual experience which can involve personal healing messages and insights. Some people feel heat or tingling in their hands or their body while the attunements are carried out and for some time after. This is usually because the student's energy is adjusting to the new Reiki vibration. Many also report an increase of psychic ability. ​
Reiki I
Become certified in the first level of the beautiful healing modality Reiki to open your energy to a higher vibration. Allow yourself to hold the light inside and out, to heal and receive healing.
Reiki Level One will introduce you to Reiki energy, its history and principles and teach you how to self heal and treat others.
You will learn the basics of the energy body and the aura, the Chakra system and how to use this knowledge in a treatment and every day life.
The attunement will include a full course manual and certification.

Reiki II
Reiki Level Two will introduce you to the first 3 Reiki Symbols, their origin and how they work.
You will become Practitioner Level.
You will learn how to offer distance healing and to learn further hand positions and how to set up space for a treatment and energy management.
You will have attunements to the Second Degree and strengthen your relationship with the light and the Reiki Energy.

Reiki Master
During the Reiki Master course, you will be attuned to the fourth Reiki Symbol and learn how to teach the wonderful modality of Reiki. You will learn how to attune others and will be provided with a course structure to teach students from Reiki level I to Master level, if you feel called to do so. Alternatively, if you wish not to teach but would like to be attuned to the Fourth symbol and Master Level, then the course can be taught on 1 day rather than 2.
