Each session is unique, depending on the needs of the client. They can incorporate various modalities and traditions of healing as well as intuitive guidance and free flowing wisdom. These may include shamanic techniques, Reiki, crystals, readings, music, working with the elements and the seasons, the moon cycles, plant medicine, spirit guides and allies etc.
All sessions are trauma informed, this means that I understand trauma and the various ways in which this can manifest in people, but also continue to work to grow this understanding as an ongoing practice.
To be accessible, there is availability of concessional spaces based for low income and circumstantial requirements, just ask.

Healing
Offered in person & remotely.
Transforming trauma into wisdom.
Healing can restore a sense of self and overall health & wellbeing. Sessions may include returning energy to the client, shadow work & integration, gentle energy healing, guided shamanic journeying, restoring balance, extractions, chakra toning, voicework, bringing one back to their heart and soul connection to walk their authentic path.

Readings
Offered in person & remotely.
Reveal what is holding you back from living fully. Readings focus on uncovering the root of the issue so you can ultimately create the life you want. You are the master of your reality, find out what you are capable of empowering yourself to do. Readings can be a helpful addition to healing, or incorporated within the same session

Guidance & Support
Offered remotely.
A safe space for both practitioners and non practitioners to integrate, process, receive advice and support. Available for those who feel they would benefit to have a helping hand on their journey at this time. Sessions can be stand alone or an ongoing practice..
1.5 hours: £75 stand alone session

Private Ceremony
A personalised ceremony based on your particular requirements. This may include:
Drum/ Rattle Birthing
Plant Medicine Journey (Specifically working with the medicine of this land)
Voicework for healing & well-being
Working with the Natural Rhythms that surround us and are within us (moon cycles, rites of passage, nature spirits etc)
Mostly in person (some ceremonies can be online).
