You are invited to join experienced practitioners Victoria & Sally for a unique and immersive exploration into the medicine of Plant Spirits through Tea, Ceremony & Sound.

Together, we will wander into the subtle realms of the plant kingdom, their healing qualities, energetic signatures, ancient folklore, and the timeless wisdom they hold. Each gathering becomes a doorway into deeper relationship with the Earth and the spirit of a chosen native plant ally.

In August, we will be connecting with Tulsi, also known as Holy Basil, a sacred plant woven deeply into spiritual and healing traditions. Tulsi is a medicine of purification, protection, and renewal, revered for centuries as a living embodiment of balance and devotion. Its presence reminds us of the cyclical rhythms of life, of resilience through change, and of the restorative power that comes from tending what is sacred, both within ourselves and in our relationship with the natural world. Tulsi is also known for working with the soul, soul alignment and soul contracts.

• Those with Hypothyroidism (may affect thyroid levels)

Victoria is a Movement & Sound Facilitator based in Worcestershire. With over 13 years experience sharing within the local area her depth of knowledge and personal experience offers a down to earth and inclusive approach to wellbeing. Sharing daily classes and monthly workshops her offerings allow people to connect to their body, mind and spirit in their own way, at their own pace. Weaving philosophy & teachings from Eastern worlds, creating themes for the seasons and intuitive guidance for all, her offerings are unique and can create a safe space for anyone to surrender into. The natural rhythms of nature and life beyond modern living play a huge role in what she shares, bringing practitioners back to themselves, gently, with the earth in mind.
