You are invited to join experienced practitioners Victoria & Sally for a unique and immersive exploration into the medicine of native Plant Spirits through Tea, Ceremony & Sound.

Together, we will wander into the subtle realms of the plant kingdom, their healing qualities, energetic signatures, ancient folklore, and the timeless wisdom they hold. Each gathering becomes a doorway into deeper relationship with the Earth and the spirit of a chosen native plant ally.

In February, we will be connecting with the Silver Birch, a native tree woven deeply into our folklore and traditions. Birch is a medicine of renewal and purification, a luminous guide that has accompanied our ancestors for thousands of years. Its presence reminds us of the cyclical nature of life, of beginnings, resilience, and the rejuvenating power of returning home to the natural world.

Victoria is a Movement & Sound Facilitator based in Worcestershire. With over 13 years experience sharing within the local area her depth of knowledge and personal experience offers a down to earth and inclusive approach to wellbeing. Sharing daily classes and monthly workshops her offerings allow people to connect to their body, mind and spirit in their own way, at their own pace. Weaving philosophy & teachings from Eastern worlds, creating themes for the seasons and intuitive guidance for all, her offerings are unique and can create a safe space for anyone to surrender into.
