Women's Wisdom

A monthly circle to RE-CREATE community, RECLAIM our true nature & REBUILD our connection to the natural rhythms of the earth. This alone, can be a powerful and gentle source of healing & empowerment. We will journey our time with various practices to support our circle and provide space for you as you are, in your beautiful uniqueness.

These gatherings will very much be in the flow, but have a foundational intention of:

RECLAIMING

· Belonging, identity, taking up space. Sacred knowledge mind, body, soul

· Our Cyclical nature as part of the natural rhythms of the earth & universe

· The Medicine of the land & ancestral wisdom

· Our intuitive innate gifts, personal power & self-awareness

· Shamanic journeys, drumming, meditation, movement & sound

· Working with the medicine wheel, seasons, elements, natural cycles & astrology

· Remembering songs of the land & Ancestral honouring

· Creating collective space for authentic expression & empowerment

· Practices to cultivate personal intuitive gifts
