About the event

The Wild Woman calls from the embers of the winter hearth, her inner light brightly shines into the shortest days, and from the deep dark rest she will awaken…..

After the incredible success, deep healing, and beautiful magical moments of our Wild Woman Day in July, the sisterhood is calling us back together. We invite our original summer sisters to return to the hearth and we warmly open the circle to those who missed out in July, now is your time to step into the winter magic.

Join us for this special one-day gathering for women, right on the threshold of the Winter Solstice. This is a sacred time to embrace what the season calls us to remember… not the high sun of summer, but the medicine of deep stillness, the dream-space of the dark, the restorative pause of the earth and the untamed inner flame that burns bright within us.

We welcome you to reconnect with yourself and a supportive community of women as we journey together in ceremony and ritual to embody our own inner fire, authentic expression, and winter wisdom…..our wild woman!

Explore through various modalities to cultivate a deeper sense of alignment and greater awareness of our feminine aspects and divinity. We’ll work restoratively and energetically, moving between cozy stillness and soulful expression, deeply restful postures and powerful activation, listening to the deep wisdom of the body and the hidden corners of our being.

Come and be held by three experienced practitioners; Victoria, Sally and Jo - each grounded in their own work to offer you this supported, safe, and warm space to embody your natural medicine. Over time, many women learn to suppress this part of themselves in order to be accepted, productive, or “good.” The Wild Woman gets buried under winter responsibilities, festive expectations, conditioning, and self-judgement.

Reconnecting with the Wild Woman is remembering how to listen to the body, lean into our intuition, express our truth, and move heavy energy. It’s coming back into relationship with deep cyclical nourishment, creativity, emotion, and our natural rhythms in communion with winter’s darkness.

Where would you go if you had no restraints? How would you express yourself without fear? What would you look like without judgement?

What’s Beautifully Woven Into the Day:

Nourishing Yin Yoga: A deeply grounding Yin practice to honour the quiet energy of winter. We’ll slow down, soften, and create space to turn inward. Through longer held, floor-based postures, we’ll gently release tension, connect with the deeper layers of the body, and allow ourselves to be supported by the earth beneath us.

Willow Plant Medicine Tea Ceremony: A slow and sacred pause in the heart of winter. We’ll gather in circle to share a mindful tea ceremony- creating space for reflection, intuition, and connection with the quieter, unseen layers of ourselves. As we sip, we’ll be invited to soften, listen inward, and honour the wisdom that comes with the stillness of the season.

Drumming Circle & Wild song: Gathering in circle, we’ll connect through the ancient language of rhythm and voice. The heartbeat of the drum invites us to ground, remember, and reconnect with something deeper within ourselves. Through songs and shared sound, we honour the turning of the year, the wisdom of the darkness, and the quiet magic of coming together in community.

Conscious Connected Breathwork: A sacred breath journey to guide you inward and reconnect you with the wisdom of your own body. Through conscious connected breathing, we’ll enter a deeper state of awareness, allowing space for release, insight, and transformation. A chance to breathe, feel, and remember the parts of yourself that are waiting to be witnessed.

Embodied Dance: A space to move freely, intuitively, and without judgement. Letting the body lead, we’ll shake off stagnation, reconnect with joy, and invite more freedom, expression, and aliveness into the body.

Immersive Sound Bath: You’ll be guided into a deeply restorative sound journey. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, creating space for deep rest, relaxation, and a sense of coming back into balance.

Winter Nourishment: Enjoy a deeply grounding, hot and nutritious vegan and gluten-free winter lunch carefully prepared for the day. Unlimited warming herbal teas, restorative infusions and cosy seasonal snacks are provided throughout the day.
