A native plant that lives deep within our folklore & traditions. A medicine woven throughout thousands of years of this land, remembered by our connection to the natural world and the stories of our ancestors. 

Historically, mugwort has been associated with intuition, protection, feminine cycles, motherhood, aligment and so much more. You are welcome to come and connect with the plant spirit to discover the medicine it holds personally for you. 

Whilst there are many ways we can work with plants, we will be connecting with the energetic aspect of Mugwort.

Tea ceremony

Journey to the spirit of the plant with the shamanic drum

Voicework

Alignment meditation

Tools & techniques to continue to connect with the spirits of plants
