About the event

ELEMENTS: A Shamanic Kundalini Alchemy

Join experienced practitioners Emily from Emshanti Yoga & Sally Smiles to explore the power of the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether, as we journey our way round the Medicine Wheel and through the  Chakra System.

This workshop alchemises Kundalini YogaShamanic Practices, and Ritual to support personal alignment and embodied presence. The elements live within us and when we connect with them intentionally, we deepen our understanding of the self, moving as one with natural rhythms of life.

This immersive day offers space to experience how each element relates to different aspects of our being, how they manifest in the world around us and how to work with them for balance and transformation.

What the Day Will Include

·        Kundalini yoga Practices to connect with each element and their associated Chakras

·        Shamanic Journey & Group Drumming

·        Tulsi Tea Ceremony (Holy Basil)

·        Fire Letting Go Ceremony

·        Conscious Dance

·        Soundscape & Songs

We welcome you into this beautiful space, held with love and compassion, surrounded by like minded souls.
