You are invited to join Victoria & Sally for a very special evening of sharing music, voice, song, chanting, mantra & call and response soundscapes.

This is a gorgeous event to celebrate the journey of returning home to yourself. As we let our voices unravel as one a feeling of spaciousness and power flows through you. You are welcome to come and receive and feel the vibration of open hearts. We invite you to listen, to hum, to join in if you want to, to let your voice be expressed, to reconnect to the heart, body and community.

Allow this session to be a place to receive, to come together with others, to find joy, a connection to the land, to a tribe, a family, a gathering, soak up the energy of times gone past where we gather around the fire and sing with each other.

We will be leading simple chants (Kirtan style) that allow us to invoke beautiful intentions and energies to the cosmos. Songs that you can receive and harmonise and hum, Mantras that reverberate the heart space, soothing the vagus nerve and dropping us into a meditative state. Closing with high vibes, laughter and play.

Join us for a journey that nurtures both body and mind, aligned with our ethos of accessible and inclusive wellness for all walks of life.

Victoria Waits

Victoria is a Movement & Sound Facilitator based in Worcestershire. With over 13 years experience sharing within the local area her depth of knowledge and personal experience offers a down to earth and inclusive approach to wellbeing. Sharing daily classes and monthly workshops her offerings allow people to connect to their body, mind and spirit in their own way, at their own pace. Weaving philosophy & teachings from Eastern worlds, creating themes for the seasons and intuitive guidance for all, her offerings are unique and can create a safe space for anyone to surrender into. The natural rhythms of nature and life beyond modern living play a huge role in what she shares, bringing practitioners back to themselves, gently, with the earth in mind.

Sally Smiles

Sally is a Shamanic Practitioner, Drum Maker & Medicine Musician based in Worcester. Her work is deeply rooted in the medicine of the land, inspired by the ancient ways and finding balance through connection to the natural world. Having trained in a wide range of modalities and traditions, she works to empower those who come to her offerings, holding space for people to cultivate their own deeper relationship to spirit, nature and to themselves.

Sally is the Founder of Collective Soul CIC, a non-profit set up to provide funded events & gatherings for the well-being, belonging & connection of the local community.
