Held by three experienced facilitators, we welcome you to journey with us for a free flowing, shamanic unveiling of the mystery of music.

Vibration is the very essence of life & creation, the connective web of all things. We offer this space to embody your unique vibration, weaving your thread within the collective of the group and unveiling the alchemic gifts that await. This can be very powerful experience.

Lynn Gosney:

Lynn is a Shamanic Practitioner and natural healer. She shares her knowledge through her teaching and encourages people to explore the shamanic path, weaving the ways of old into the modern world of today.

A beautiful vocalist, songwriter, NA Style flute player and drum maker, she uses her songs and music to help bring healing and connection through her work. She has shared her spiritual way of life for many years in popular shamanic workshops, including voice and trance dance, concerts, and most profoundly in the Sacred Sweatlodge.

Wendy Ruddick (Wild Heart Wellbeing):

My passion comes from connecting with the beauty and spirit of all things, the land that surrounds us and the divine magnificence within. Through sound and nature, energy and vibration, connection and community, we can improve and support our health and wellbeing and keep our hearts and souls wild and free. Nature is my teacher; Spirit is my guide.

I live in Weston-super-Mare where I hold regular sound journeys and drum circles in addition to other 1-1 and group sessions. I also love to craft my own sacred medicine tools and can help you birth your own shamanic drum. I work from the heart, in a gentle, grounding way, following the wisdom of the Celtic Medicine Wheel and ancient Shamanic practices.

Having trained in a wide range of modalities and traditions, Sally works to empower those who come to her offerings, holding space for people to cultivate their own deeper relationship to spirit, nature, and to themselves.
