The Birthing Process:
Drums are birthed with respect, care & honouring. All materials are carefully looked after, from the soaking of the hides, to the crafting of the handles.
Each drum is unique and the spirits that join (seen and unseen) are alchemic gifts and are part of birthing the identity of each drum.
Each part of the drum holds the energy of the natural rhythms of life itself in the weaving of the lacing, to the handle held.
Materials:
All materials are responsibly sourced.
Horse & Goat hides are from end of life horses and deer hides are from culled or end of life deer. The spirit of these animals live on and their voices continue to sing through the heart beat of the drum.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery:
Delivery timeframes and costs are dependant upon the weight, type of item and packaging required for your purchase to arrive to you safely. All purchases within the UK come with free delivery. If you are outside of the UK, shipping costs may apply relative to the location and any further costs incurred to send the item to you.

Returns:
There is a no returns policy if the item arrives in complete and un-damaged condition. If the item for some reason arrives damaged, then please email me at sally@sallysmiles.co.uk within two weeks of receiving the item, along with photos of the damage to arrange a return.
If you are not completely happy with the item you have purchased, or it is not for you and is in an un-damaged condition, there is an option to exchange the item for something else. The return shipping cost is at the expense of the buyer and the item must be returned within two weeks un-damaged ready for another buyer to be able to purchase.
