Integrate, Reclaim & Release.

In Circle. In Ceremony. In Sacred Space

As we journey into Winter, downwards again into the earthy soil of our being, this workshop is a space to let go of that which no longer serves, integrate the teachings from the path trod over the last year and to reclaim your unique power once more in celebration and wild release.

Through Shamanic practices, we will set our intentions for our journey back to the Mother’s belly and honour her wisdom received through our earthy songs as we dance the day with both deep healing and gratitude.

A place for hearts to grow, voices to sing and healing to bring forth the medicine within

The day will include:

Fire Letting Go Ceremony

Drumming your power home

Circle healing

Journey to your Winter plant ally

Chakra cleansing sound meditation

Wild songs for the land & self

Winter’s medicine, honouring the north

Setting intentions for path ahead

On the day everything will flow in the moment as we journey together.

The exchange for the day is £85 with a number of concessional spaces available for lower incomes and a “pay deposit now and the rest later” option

To reserve your place, please  email me at sally@sallysmiles.co.uk  or click on the "book" button below.

Before the workshop, everyone will receive an email which details what to bring with you and any other bits of information relating to the day.

Due to current circumstances, I ask that people do not attend if they are showing symptoms or have been around someone with symptoms of Covid. I am a single mum with a young baby so it is important, I keep well, thank you for respecting this.

If the event is cancelled or postponed, a full refund will be given.

The Yurt is in rural setting and I love the energy of this venue. It is easily accessible from anywhere via train, car or any other mode of transport.

I look forward to spending the day with you,
